Return/Exchange Policy: Merchandise may be returned within 15 business days in the condition in which it was received for store credit ONLY and is subject to a 10% restocking/alteration fee (alteration fee is for any TC handmade item that must be altered or remade).  We do not refund or credit back shipping/handling fees.  Once we have received your return we will issue the store credit to you Tinkerbell's Closet account and notify you by email.
It is extremely important when sending back an item that you include a note stating your name (as seen on the order) and reason for exchange.  
 
EVEN Exchanges: If you wish to exchange sizes on an item we will still issue you store credit and you will need to place a new order for the item that you wish to change sizes on.
 
NO returns on custom made clothes (this means items made with special measurements) or personalized products.  Tinkerbell's Closet Joggers and 4-Legged fleece coats are considered custom and therefore can not be returned or exchanged.
