Return/Exchange Policy: Merchandise may be returned within 15 business days in the condition in which it was received for store credit ONLY.  I do not refund or credit back shipping/handling fees.  Once we have received your return we will issue the store credit to you Tinkerbell's Closet account and notify you by email.
It is extremely important when sending back an item that you include a note stating your name (as seen on the order) and reason for exchange.  
 
EVEN Exchanges: If you wish to exchange sizes on an item we will still issue you store credit and you will need to place a new order for the item that you wish to change sizes on.
 
NO returns on custom made clothes (this means items made with special measurements) or personalized products unless my error in sizing.  Tinkerbell's Closet Joggers and 4-Legged fleece coats are considered custom and therefore can not be returned or exchanged. I apologize for this but I can not easily re-sell an item that was specifically made for one dog's measurements and therefore to keep my prices as low as possible I can not accept these items back.
 
 
Exchanges can be subject to a 10% restocking/alteration fee (alteration fee is for any TC handmade item that must be altered or remade). This is to help cover my cost once an item has already been made so I can keep my prices as low as possible.
