My name is Shana and I am the owner and creator of Tinkerbell's Closet Dog Boutique. I am a stay at home mother of 3 adorable furkids and 2 beautiful little girls. I established this boutique in 2004 with the inspiration of my very own dog's Tinkerbell, Chloe and Penny in mind. My specialty is my own line of exclusive made dog clothing that can be custom sized to specifically fit your dog. I make these items myself and I use only the highest quality of fabrics and materials so I can bring you luxurious designer dog clothes at affordable prices. My goals is to offer unique high quality designs to pamper and spoil your furry loved ones.  

 

How long does it take to get my order?

My general timeframe is currently 3-6 weeks.

Order time varies depending on my volume of orders and the products that you order (embroidered or appliques items take me the longest to make). I personally sew all my orders in the order they are received. In recent years because I do work from home with small children as my little distractions I have become limited to the volume of orders I can take on and the time I have to complete them and therefore making my timeframe 3-6 weeks. I apologize as I know this is a long time to wait but I have always been told my items are wonderfully made and well worth the wait.

 

 

Large orders are certainly welcome but they may take longer than the average timeframe. Please email me for any questions or for timeframe estimates on big orders.

 

 

International Orders- Due to international transit time and customs please allow an additional 2 weeks from the time your order has shipped to receive your order.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Do you have a catalog?

I currently do not have a catalog, products are only viewable on this website.

 

 

 

 

Where do you ship?

I Ship Worldwide.

 

 

 

 

What Payment methods do you accept?

I accept Visa, Mastercard and Paypal and I will also accept money orders if you contact me at and let me know ahead of time so I can send you a total for your order. No personal checks. I am paypal verified and have a secured payment terminal.

 

 

 

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping prices vary depending on size of order and location. Shipping cost are added to the cart during checkout so you can view your shipping cost before submitting payment. Clothing and accessory orders in the USA over $75 get free shipping. Large or heavy items such as beds will still have a small (but discounted) shipping fee.

 

 

 

 

  

What Shipping Company do you use?

I ship all packages USPS priority or standard mail with tracking number within the USA. I ship USPS global priority mail or air mail outside of the USA (no tracking number). Global Express with tracking & insurance is available and recommended for all large orders outside the USA. I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages outside the USA unless you purchase Global Express shipping.

 

 

 

  

Can an order be rushed?

If you need something rushed for a trip, special event, or gift please contact me first to ensure I can do this. I will always try my best to get your order to you in the time frame that you need. Some items may not be able to be rushed or putting a rush on an order may require additional postage cost.

 

 

 

 

What size should I get? How do I measure my dog?

Please check out our sizing page. It is always important to have updated measurements and since ordering online can be a bit tricky, we strongly encourage you give us your dog's measurements in the "notes" section during the checkout. This way we can be sure to send you the correct size.

 

 

   

 

Can I return or exchange an item if it doesnt fit?

Merchandise may be returned within 15 business days in the condition in which it was received for store credit ONLY although we do not refund shipping cost. Personalized items and custom sized or custom designed items are non-returnable.

Do you offer wholesale?

I'm sorry I currently do not offer wholesale. Because I make my own products, I can not compete with traditional wholesale pricing of factory produced items

 

 

 

 

 

Can an order be cancelled?

Once an order is placed it has already begun processing(material have been ordered, etc) therefore orders can not be cancelled unless I approve it.

 

 

 

About Tinkerbell's Closet and my own line of apparel:

My line of dog clothing is all made here in the USA by me. And every order is made with love and great attention to detail. I started this business years ago because I was not satisfied with much of the dog clothing on the market as nothing fit right and much of it was poorly made or the designs were drab. I decided my mission would be to make high quality clothing and to offer custom sizes by sewing them right here in the USA. Many other dog clothing companies outsource their products to factories overseas for cheap labor. I strongly believe this substancially lowers the quality of the product, cheap raw goods are being used, items can not be customized or custom-fitted and of course the people sewing in factories are not personally invested in the items they are making. These are all elements that are very important to me and the reason I make my own designs.

 

 

 

 

High Quality is the Top Priority with Tinkerbell's Closet Designs

I believe there is plenty of average dog clothes out there, so it is my goal to create exceptional dog clothing. Here at Tinkerbell’s Closet I use only high quality materials and have developed my own unique techniques for making my clothing designs highly functional and fashionable. For example when I make a skirt for a dress dress I always use a generous amount of fabric to create a lot of volume. My clothing are always lined with high quality fabric and I also sew all bows down so they will not come undone. Bows are also treated so that the edges will not fray. On my coats I use warm lining fabrics because I believe a dog coat should serve a purpose as well as look good, the coat should be well insulated and actually keep a dog warm. For my harnesses I triple line them for strength and I also create extra rows of stitches to reinforce the d-ring firmly in place with both the top fabric and the lining fabric because I believe a harness should be structurally safe and secure so you can rely on it when you walk you dog. All this attention to detail is what makes Tinkerbell's Closet unique and top of the line.
